NEW BUILDING PROJECT UPDATE
The John F Carroll Columbian Club will hold a Special meeting on May 19, 2008. The meeting will take place during an adjournment of the Council meeting with the permission of the Grand Knight. The purpose of the meeting is to read a resolution for the first time concerning the New Building Project. There will be another Special meeting scheduled immediately after the June 2nd Council meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to read the resolution for the second time and request a vote on the resolution from the members present.
The purpose of the John F. Carroll Columbian Club, incorporated under the laws of the
State of New Jersey as a non-profit 501(c)(7) social club, is to act as a holding company for the real estate and personal property of Prince of Peace Council No. 5903, Knights of Columbus, Englishtown, New Jersey;
and to aid said Council in the promotion of Religious, Charitable, Educational, Fraternal and Patriotic functions.
Membership of the Club shall be limited to present and future members in good standing of Prince of Peace Council No. 5903, Knights of Columbus.
