The purpose of the John F. Carroll Columbian Club, incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey as a non-profit 501(c)(7) social club, is to act as a holding company for the real estate and personal property of Prince of Peace Council No. 5903, Knights of Columbus, Englishtown, New Jersey; and to aid said Council in the promotion of Religious, Charitable, Educational, Fraternal and Patriotic functions. For additional information please refer to the By-Laws.

Membership of the Club shall be limited to present and future members in good standing of Prince of Peace Council No. 5903, Knights of Columbus.
