Banquet Hall Rental Information

 

 

Our Banquet Facility Staff are eager to serve you and your guests. We offer a
beautifully decorated facility which will accomodate 84 people comfortably with

a dance floor.

COST OF HALL (4 hours)  Additional hours are $100 per hour.

                   Monday - Thursday Evening                           $450                      

             Friday Evening                                              $650

             Saturday Evening                                          $650

             Sunday Evening                                            $450

             Weekday Afternoon                                       $350

             Weekend Afternoon                                       $350

Members for at least six months and in good standing will receive a substantial discount on all rental fees.


RENTAL PRICE INCLUDES

The use of Hall and non-restricted areas, Maitre D', DVD with big screen TV, ice, setup and breakdown of tables
and chairs, mopping of spills and disposal of garbage (Renter is required to clean table surfaces of debris).

 
DEPOSITS REQUIRED

A $150 security deposit is due, paid by check, at the time of the reservation (refunded after rental providing there
are no damages). A $150 deposit toward the rental is also due at this time (Member rentals excluded). All checks
must be made payableto the "John F. Carroll Columbian Club".


CATERERS AND ENTERTAINMENT

We will recommend qualified Caterers and DJ's to our clients if requested.


ADDITIONAL SERVICES

We offer our clients the following additional services at competitve prices:

  •     Bartender (required if alcohol is served)      
  •     Linen Service, Servers and Attendants
